Increase women representation in technology roles
We are focused on attracting, retaining and advancing women in technical roles. Our effort to increase overall diversity in tech and look beyond gender matters to us. We saw positive momentum in our strategy. In FY’21, we met our goal for the representation of women, reaching 30% of our technology organization. We set a goal to increase the representation to 37% globally by FY’24.
